Welcome to BreederHits. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BreederHits website, member area, Traffic Exchange features, surf system, credits, rewards, XP system, badges, Brotherhood features, rankings and partner ecosystem integrations.
By creating an account, logging in, surfing, advertising, earning rewards or using any BreederHits feature, you agree to these Terms of Service.
By using BreederHits, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and any additional rules, policies or instructions displayed inside the platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use BreederHits services.
You must be at least 14 years old, or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to create and use a BreederHits account.
Users who participate in payment, payout, cash reward or PayPal-related features may also be required to comply with additional rules from payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Unless BreederHits gives explicit permission, each person may maintain only one BreederHits account.
Multiple accounts created to gain extra credits, rewards, XP, badges, referrals, cash rewards or ranking advantages may be suspended, merged, adjusted or removed.
BreederHits operates as a gamified Traffic Exchange ecosystem. Members may earn or use credits, surf member websites, participate in badge systems, gain XP and interact with platform features.
You agree to use the Traffic Exchange in a fair and legitimate manner and to avoid activity that damages platform quality or manipulates results.
You are responsible for any website, link, advertisement, splash page or promotional material you submit to BreederHits.
Submitted content must not contain:
BreederHits reserves the right to reject, pause or remove any submitted site or advertising material at any time.
Surf activity must be performed honestly and in accordance with platform rules. BreederHits may track surf activity, clicks, reward events and related participation data for functionality, security and abuse prevention.
You agree not to use:
BreederHits includes gamified systems such as XP, badges, Brotherhoods, rankings, achievements, rewards and ecosystem activity features.
These systems are provided for platform engagement and may be updated, adjusted, reset, expanded or discontinued at BreederHits' discretion.
BreederHits may correct XP, badges, rankings, credits, cash rewards or other values where fraud, error, abuse, duplicate activity or system malfunction is detected.
BreederHits may provide credits, banner impressions, text ad views, XP, badges, cash rewards or other promotional benefits through platform activity.
Rewards are not guaranteed and may depend on account status, platform availability, system rules, fraud checks and feature requirements.
BreederHits reserves the right to review, reverse, adjust or deny rewards obtained through abuse, error, automation, manipulation or violation of these Terms.
Where PayPal or other payment providers are used, users may be required to comply with payment provider rules, verification requirements, limits and availability.
BreederHits is not responsible for delays, holds, reversals, account limitations or other actions taken by third-party payment providers.
BreederHits does not guarantee earnings, traffic volume, referral results, ranking positions, XP progression, badge availability, rewards, cash payments or financial outcomes.
Any rewards or earnings displayed inside BreederHits are subject to platform rules, eligibility, availability, fraud prevention and administrative review.
BreederHits may monitor activity for fraud prevention, platform integrity and abuse detection.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Accounts involved in abuse may be suspended, restricted, adjusted or terminated.
BreederHits does not automatically prohibit privacy tools such as VPNs or proxies. However, these tools may not be used to commit fraud, create duplicate accounts, manipulate activity, bypass restrictions or abuse platform rewards.
BreederHits reserves the right to review, restrict or block traffic sources that appear suspicious, automated, abusive or harmful to the platform.
BreederHits may connect with partner websites, ecosystem nodes or related Traffic Exchange platforms through API integrations, badge systems, reward validation and partner activity features.
Partner activity may be subject to additional partner rules, technical requirements and ecosystem validation checks.
BreederHits may adjust or disable partner features where abuse, misconfiguration, technical failure or ecosystem integrity issues are detected.
BreederHits may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform features, create security risks or harm the ecosystem.
Suspended or terminated accounts may lose access to credits, rewards, XP, badges, Brotherhood status, rankings, referrals or payout eligibility, depending on the reason for enforcement.
BreederHits aims to maintain a stable and functional platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability or compatibility with all devices, browsers or third-party services.
Maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party failures or technical problems may temporarily affect access to the platform or specific features.
BreederHits is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreederHits is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from use of the platform.
Users are responsible for their own advertising decisions, account activity, submitted websites, payment provider compliance and platform participation.
BreederHits may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of BreederHits after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
